How long is your processing time?

We currently ship within 1-3 business days.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery to start the return process. After we have made contact, we require that the item is returned to us within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Returns and exchanges of personalized/custom items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Personalized items include any prints you selected options for such as background color, custom text, etc.

Returns of items without custom options have no restocking fee.

Do you offer framing?

How are your prints shipped?

Prints measuring 5"x7", 8"x10", and 11"x14" will ship in a plastic sleeve with a cardboard back and then placed in a cardboard mailer. Larger prints will be placed in a plastic sleeve and then shipped in a cardboard tube.

How does Priority Shipping work?

The stated processing time still applies to orders with Priority Shipping. Should you choose that option, your package will arrive from the USPS 2-3 days after leaving our facility. If you need your order to be expedited, please contact us with your request.

Item was gorgeous and printed on heavy cardstock but unfortunately shipping was delayed although I believe it was due to no fault of the seller. But because it was rolled and left in a post office for over a month, it is horribly curled. We are holding our breath and hoping it will flatten out over time!

Very nice map! The print is on a heavy stock and it is still easy to read on the smaller 11x14 print. It came in a flat mailer which was really nice. I was wondering if it would come rolled up but I don't think you could roll it up that easy with the really thick stock it is on anyways. It's even better than I thought it would be. Comes with a nice backing for putting it into a frame. Thank you for a quality product Revamped Walls! It was fun finding my surname in there. This will make an excellent gift for my sister.
