• Prints 11x14 and smaller are packaged in a protective plastic sleeve with a sturdy cardboard backing, then shipped flat inside a rigid mailer.
• Prints 16x20 and larger are placed in a protective plastic sleeve and shipped rolled inside a durable cardboard tube and/or box.

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes that may apply.

How long is your processing time?

We currently ship within 1-3 business days.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery to start the return process. After we have made contact, we require that the item is returned to us within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Returns and exchanges of personalized/custom items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Personalized items include any prints you selected options for such as background color, custom text, etc.

Returns of items without custom options have no restocking fee.

Do you offer framing?

How are your prints shipped?

Prints measuring 5"x7", 8"x10", and 11"x14" will ship in a plastic sleeve with a cardboard back and then placed in a cardboard mailer. Larger prints will be placed in a plastic sleeve and then shipped in a cardboard tube.

How does Priority Shipping work?

The stated processing time still applies to orders with Priority Shipping. Should you choose that option, your package will arrive from the USPS 2-3 days after leaving our facility. If you need your order to be expedited, please contact us with your request.

Great gift for Christmas loved the vintage look

Great quality digital print. I selected the 11x14 Navy Blue and received exactly what I expected. The seller’s color options on the listing were very helpful in my selection!

Such a cute print! Unfortunately showed up fairly bent, even though the package said do not bend.
